COURSE RATIONALE:

Preventing & Managing Incidents on School Trips.

This course is aimed at all staff involved in educational visits, and will look at how the correct planning and management of these trips can help ensure that incidents do not occur. The course will also examine what needs to be in place should the worst happen.

If school staff are trained to understand their roles and responsibilities in the event of an incident, then the pressures all round can be managed more effectively if an incident/accident does occur.

Part 1: This online Visit Emergencies Training is delivered via a blended approach. E-Learning details will be sent shortly after booking.

Part 2: The live facilitated training will be delivered as a classroom session online via Zoom. This can be accessed via a computer, laptop and tablet. You must have a working camera and microphone.

CERTIFICATION:

Participants will receive a CPD Accredited Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the course.
