Educational Visits 101 for Providers will cover all this and more. You’ll examine school staff responsibilities around risk management, approvals, reporting, and evaluation, helping you to identify ways you can better support your school clients.

You’ll learn about waivers, contracts and consent, and find out what (and why) schools need to check about providers, including where the LOtC Quality Badge and provider forms fit in.
We’ll also take a look inside the EVOLVE system, where you’ll get a ‘schools-eye view’ of the risk-management and approvals process. You’ll see where your organisation sits within EVOLVE and Kaddi, and explore opportunities to raise your profile.
You’ll return to work with the knowledge and insight you need to more effectively support your clients.

We won’t assume any prior knowledge and there are no silly questions - this is a safe space to ask questions, challenge assumptions and learn from our experienced advisers who work with our community of around 3,000 schools.

As Educational Visits Advisers, we are in a unique position to train your teams on the risk management side of educational visits. Working with a community of around 3,000 schools of all shapes and sizes, we can provide insight into the day to day reality of the EVC and Visit Leader role and help you work more effectively with your clients.
How much will it cost?
£150+VAT @ 20% for the day
Cost includes all course materials, training and light refreshments during the day. Each attendee will get a voucher to buy the food of their choice at lunchtime.
