EVOLVE System Training

This training course is the only official EVOLVE approved user training.

COURSE RATIONALE:

EVOLVE user training is focused on the effective use of the EVOLVE system to manage educational visits and off-site activities.
The course covers all user aspects of the EVOLVE system and how to get the most from the system. 

It is not a substitute for EVC or Visit Leader training. This course is focused full on the practical use of EVOLVE.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

This course is aimed at new and existing Visit Leaders, EVCs, System Support and Heads.

Certification:

Participants will receive an official EVOLVE Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the course.

Duration:

60 minutes

45 minutes will be on the use of EVOLVE for beginners
15 minutes will cover the EVC tasks and dashboard

*Optional 15 minutes at the end for questions 

Delivery:

The live training will be delivered as a classroom session online via Zoom. Zoom allows us to share our screen and video.

This can be accessed via a computer, laptop and tablet.
