This isn’t a conference, it isn’t a training course, it’s an intensive CPD Day with multiple courses running simultaneously, offering essential role-based training and additional skills courses to support your professional development as EVCs and Visit Leaders.
Complete multiple courses in one day for a fixed, subsidised fee.
Complete a selection of core role training and skills courses delivered by EVOLVE Advice’s Educational Visits Advisers. We’re also joined by experts in crisis management who will be running additional specialist sessions.
It’s great for networking with other EVCs too. In interactive workshops, you’ll reflect on your own experience of educational visits, and share good practice and effective strategies for keeping young people safe on trips and visits.

Our experienced Educational Visits Advisers will deliver core initial EVC and EVC revalidation training (accredited by IOL and IOSH) with interactive group discussions and activities to support your learning.
In addition, we’re offering our popular skills courses: Visit Emergencies and Risk Management for Educational Visits.
You’ll have the opportunity to network with EVCs and Visit Leaders from other schools and settings too.
Certification
Attendees will receive a digital badge and certificate for each course completed. EVCs completing EVC training or revalidation will be automatically added to the EVC Register and you will be able to add your certification to your EVOLVE system.
Workshops
Attendees will be enrolled on the following courses.
*Some courses require pre-learning which will be sent two weeks prior to the event and must be completed in advance.
Cost
£195+VAT @ 20% for the day
There’s one fixed price for the day, so the more courses you complete on the day, the more you save on the usual course costs.
Cost includes all course materials, training and light refreshments during the day. Each attendee will get a voucher to buy the food of their choice at lunchtime.
